Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
The IT Support Specialist is responsible for fixing, repairing, supporting, installing, and implementing all forms of technology used by Royal Engineered Composites.
He or she must support all forms of technology and business systems.
The IT Support Specialist is also responsible for supporting staff with technological issues, concerns, and opportunities.
Support staff with all forms of technology by working with end users to asses and correct technological issues.
Install and maintain software programs in support of systems and business processes.
Monitor and troubleshoot backup systems, security systems, servers, workstations, and network systems.
Install, support, and maintain computers, wiring, and equipment used by Royal.
Plan, build, document, implement, support, troubleshoot, and maintain solutions relating to the use of technology across departments and the company, as designated by supervisor.
Work with solutions providers, vendors, and customers.
Maintain a regular and reliable schedule as set by the supervisor according to handbook guidelines.
Abide by all safety, security, quality, personnel, and other policies as applicable.
Marginal Work Requirements:
Specification testing per customer and certification requirements.
Complete all necessary paperwork.
Perform other duties as assigned for the good of the department and company.
Clean within the department.

Qualifications:
Formal education:
No requirement.
Experience:
At least 1 year of technical experience in a Windows environment or an Associate's degree required.
Computer Skills:
General software proficiency is required.
Certificates and Licenses:
Microsoft certificates preferred but are not required.
Professional Competencies:
Ability to communicate professionally with coworkers and vendors both verbally and written.
Attention to detail.
Good troubleshooting skills.
Inquisitive to the department field.
Encourages others.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
