Summary:
We are seeking bartenders to join our team! As a Bartender, you will help create an atmosphere of premium hospitality, ensuring a remarkable experience for our guests.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
Ability to maintain a calm professional demeanor and must be team oriented.
Bartenders are responsible for opening and closing duties, welcoming golfers and checking them in, taking drink orders, making drinks and providing outstanding customer service.
In addition to bartending duties, you will help clean, cook food, and serve food to customers during lunch and dinner time.
Training will be provided.
This position has available hours both during the daytime and evening.
Number of hours each week will depend on availability.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Must be able to work with alcohol and be able to follow standard operating procedures.
Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 10 lbs.
Must be able to follow directions well and explain them accurately.
Must be able to interact professionally with guests, staff, and customers.
The ability to take direction well and remain focused on assigned tasks.
Ability to work well with others in a team-based environment.
Ability to work long hours on nights and weekends with occasional holidays.
